The Kwara State Governor, Abdulfatah Ahmed has described Saturday’s House of Representatives by-election into the Ekiti, Isin, Irepodun and Oke-Ero Federal Constituency as a contest between the People’s Democratic Party (PDP) and security agents rather than among political parties, even as he expressed confidence of the party’s victory. The contest was a battle between the All Progressives Congress, APC, and the PDP.
